WELCOME TO THE TEAM

We are delighted to welcome Martin Russell to the Ayr Team as the Workshop Retail Supervisor.

Martin has been in the motor trade since joining as an apprentice in 1981 – though he was stock car racing at the age of 13! Martin brings a wealth of knowledge from his time working from apprentice to foreman then for Jaguar manufacturer taking him all over the world to Saudi, USA and Tenerife!

When he came back to Scotland he was a Workshop Supervisor and Assistant Manager and in 2016 he opened his own garage where he was until 2022 brought him to Bridgend!
Martin is bringing his experience and skills and will be guiding apprentice technicians through their journey as well as showing them the disciplines of the motor trade.

Outside of work Martin enjoys watching Formula 1, gardening and having a pint at the weekend!
