Due to our diverse range of capabilities and our specialist workshop facilities, we can accommodate a variety of vehicles ranging from large motorhomes to the smallest of motorcycles, and all cars and vans in between. Our complex repair systems can also repair fibreglass, aluminium, mild steel and plastic panels.

Bridgend Motor Group’s Workshops are not just workshops, they are Bosch Car Service Centres! We have spacious and modern workshops in Ayr, Kilmarnock & Kilwinning - designed to ensure the quick and efficient progression of vehicles, from quality control check in, through repair/service work, to checkout quality control.
Fully equipped with the latest tech from Bosch, TopDon, Autel and LAUNCH. Our scope of advanced Diagnostic Technology allows our trained techs to diagnose all types of vehicles.
Each workshop houses no less than 14 ramps and alongside passenger car (Class 4) MOT testing, repairs & servicing, the workshop offers Commercial Vehicle servicing, repairs, and Class 7 MOT testing.
We do not operate with huge sales teams, so there is a real opportunity for you to sell in high volumes. You will be an integral part of an experienced sales team, where you can benefit from a sales commission structure that is unbeatable in our industry.
We are a well-established family run business and we operate independently without the constraints of a large corporation or new car franchise; this enables us to focus entirely on customer satisfaction and employee engagement. Our fantastic team of Valeters are responsible for ensuring all our vehicles are presented in pristine condition.
Our Valet shops in Ayr, Kilmarnock, Irvine and Kilwinning prepare cars just into stock as well as sold vehicles, ensuring that every customer has their new car delivered with a top quality finish.

Our Service Advisors deliver a fantastic customer experience for all our service and mechanical repair customers, building relationships that ensure those customers return to Bridgend year after year.
We’re looking for confident, friendly communicators who can give our customers amazing service, whether their vehicle is in for a routine service or MOT, or assisting them with more major repairs or mechanical breakdowns.
As our front of house, customer facing staff they genuinely enjoy dealing with our customers, and ensuring they receive first class service and regular updates on the progress of their vehicles through the workshop.
Our busy, fast-moving administration departments are responsible for making sure our records and accounts are accurate and up to date. They also ensure that customers are dealt with efficiently to ensure a smooth sales process.
Our admin team pride themselves on a high level of organisation and accuracy, as well as the ability to work well with others. They have excellent working conditions in modern offices with great teams!
The Bridgend Training Academy was established in 2019 with the aim of providing people in Ayrshire the opportunity of 12 weeks paid work experience in different areas of the motor trade.
This enables both us and the candidates to see where their talent lies and to develop it. This has been a great success for us and the candidates; giving us highly motivated new team members and us giving candidates from our local communities' employment and amazing training opportunities, enabling them to progress in their chosen career path.
We built a dedicated training facility which opened in 2021 to further show the commitment we have for training and development.
