If you encounter any problems with your vehicle after purchase, please contact the aftersales department at any of our branches.

Should you choose to reject the vehicle at any time after purchase - Please be aware that usage charges will be applied to any rejected vehicle, see below for charges:

  • Over 300 miles covered & up to 3 months usage - £0.35 per mile   [back to mile 1]
  • Over 3 months usage - £0.50 per mile   [back to mile 1]
  • If a Courtesy Car is supplied a £25 per day charge will be applied from the date of rejection until the Courtesy Car is returned.
  • Other charges may be applicable after the vehicle has been fully inspected, full details of these will be provided after inspection. A copy of our `Request to reject vehicle appraisal form` is available on request displaying a full list of charges
  • Requests to reject a vehicle on the basis that it has a fault, must have the fault verified & confirmed by us, before a rejection request can proceed

What does not count as a cause for Rejection?

  • Abuse/Damage caused by customer/3rd party
  • Part(s) that would require periodic replacement
  • Work carried out by others
  • Vehicle fault is unable to be proven/demonstrated
  • Fair wear & tear for vehicle age/mileage
  • Replacement of serviceable items
  • Failure to adhere to service intervals
