Training Academy 2023!

Our Training Academy is now one month in so let’s catch up and find out how everyone is getting on.

In Kilwinning Workshop we have Declan and Alistair

Declan "I’ve found it really good so far. I enjoy the challenge.. Getting along well with all the other guys, they are a good bunch. I'm looking forward to progressing in Bridgend workshop."

Alistair "It’s been good, very enjoyable. I've learned quite a bit. Getting on well with the other guys. Looking forward to working on more cars and learning pretty much everything"

In Kilwinning Paintshop we have Ruaraidh and Jax

Ruaraidh"I'm getting on well, learning lots and done lots. Learned a lot about Health & Safety which is good. It's good getting hands on experience"

Jax "It's been amazing! Like a dream come true. It's something I've always wanted to do and I've got this opportunity. The team always have time for me, answering questions & helping me. I've learned so much already!”
