SUCCESSFUL TRAINING ACADEMY!

Our Bridgend Training Academy is now complete for 2022!!

And this year ALL 14 trainees have graduated into permanent positions within the Bridgend Group!

The Bridgend Training Academy was established in 2019 with the aim of providing people in Ayrshire the opportunity of 12 weeks paid work experience in the motor trade. This enables both us and the candidates to see where their talent lies and to develop it.
This has been a great success for us, gaining good new team members and giving employment and training opportunities to the local community.

We are proud of our business, and our staff who have a real passion for teaching their skills to potential superstars of the future.

• Keir who joins the Kilmarnock Accident Repair Centre
• Kirsty & Callum who join the Ayr Service Centre
• Matthew who joins the Kilwinning Valet Team
