DOUBLE GOOD NEWS FOR JORDAN!

Jordan in our Ayr Paintshop has got two lots of good news to share with us. Firstly, he has now completed his apprenticeship after doing 3 years college work and 1 year practical in our paintshop. In his first month as a time served Spray Painter Jordan has won the Bridgend Group award for Top Paint Technician of all our branches. Fantastic!

We caught up with Jordan today and he told us:
“I’ve been with Bridgend for 4 and a half years now. It was my first job since I left school. I started in the workshop then changed to the paintshop. The best thing about working here is 100% the people. Not just the painters in my department but everybody. I tell everyone about my work. It’s brilliant! People here are not just your colleagues, they are friends.
I would recommend spray painting as it’s challenging and every job you get is different. You get good satisfaction when you finish a job and it’s looking good.
I’m ecstatic at winning Top Paint Tech for the group!”
