Congratulations to Sara who is celebrating 5 Years at Bridgend Motor Group!

After starting in our Kilmarnock Service Department with no motor trade experience Sara has worked super hard improving her knowledge and skills and is now a Parts Advisor at Ayr taking the top Parts Department prize for this month!

Sara says of her 5 years “I can’t believe how quick the past 5 years has flown by! Its crazy to think that I started in Kilmarnock as a service advisor with zero motor trade background to now running a busy parts department at the Ayr branch. It just shows how much I have learnt and progressed in my time here! If anyone is considering a career at Bridgend, I completely recommend it. Its definitely the best thing I ever did!

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time working at Bridgend and I’m looking forward to my 10 year interview# in 2028!”
