CONGRATULATIONS

Congratulations to Sharon Houston in her new role at Bridgend as Head of New Business Development. Sharon was previously our Senior Service Advisor at our Ayr Branch and has over 20 years motor trade experience so brings valuable knowledge and skills to this new role.

Sharon will be working throughout all our branches overseeing the aftersales team and developing new business as well as maintaining and enhancing existing customer relationships.

Sharon is passionate about collaborating with the aftersales team to ensure that their valuable knowledge contributes to the best customer experience as well as that of our staff.

Sharon says “I’ve always been an ideas person and now I have the opportunity to put these in place. I’m keen to get the aftersales department running as efficiently as I know it can and I can only do this with the help of my colleagues. Although I am sad to be leaving the Ayr Service Counter and will miss my regular customers I’m happy that I am leaving them in the capable hands of Daniel & Ryan. I am more than confident we have the right teams in place at all branches to drive Bridgends aftersales department to the next level.”
