We’re thrilled to share that our talented mechanical apprentices, Robbie Stevenston and Declan Millar, were honoured at the John Mather Awards Ceremony 2024! 🎉🏆These outstanding students received the prestigious Award, recognising their dedication and achievements.

Robbie, an apprentice in our Kilmarnock workshop, and Declan, based in our Kilwinning workshop, were also presented with fantastic toolboxes to support their career journeys. 🛠️💪

The John Mather Trust, founded in 1996, is dedicated to empowering young individuals in the West of Scotland as they embark on their career journeys. Throughout the years, the Trust has graciously supported over a thousand students at Ayrshire College. This year, 168 students, having successfully completed their training, secured apprenticeships, and ventured into employment or entrepreneurship, were invited to receive well-deserved awards. 🙌

The occasion coincided with Scottish Apprenticeship Week, a spirited campaign that shines a spotlight on the invaluable contributions apprentices make to businesses, individuals, and the economy. Let’s join in the celebration of these remarkable achievements! 🎊👏
