There will be scenarios where work can be undertaken at an alternative VAT registered garage, but this must be discussed with and authorised by your selling branch. Please note that your warranty only covers a pre-arranged rate per hour of £50 so if you choose for your vehicle to be repaired out with the Bridgend Motor Group network there may be a labour shortfall to pay.
