Due to the imminent

£½ MILLION EXPANSION

of our Kilmarnock Workshops, we are embarking on a major recruitment drive for
Vehicle Technicians and MOT Testers - both in Kilmarnock and also across the Bridgend Group.

 

The new workshops will feature new Class 7 MOT Testing for Light Commercial Vehicles and will
continue our investment in Bosch Training to ensure accreditation to Master Technician status.

 

You need never be bored again! Work on every make or model and light commercial - and with Bosch, we’ll give you the additional training to Master Tech level if you are hungry for this status.

 

The ideal candidates will be experienced vehicle technicians able to carry out maintenance work, diagnostics, servicing and repairs on all makes and models of car and light commercial vehicle.

To the successful applicants we offer a competitive salary plus bonus scheme, access to Bosch training.  Overtime is regularly available and you will have 28 days holiday per year.

Experienced Service Advisor

Bridgend Motor Group is Ayrshires largest independent used car dealer group. We have garages in Kilwinning, Irvine, Ayr and Kilmarnock.

As a result of our continued growth and increasing workload we are looking to recruit an additional Experienced Service Advisor . This is a full time permanent position.

The ideal candidate will have relevant and current motor trade experience and knowledge of the Automate dealer management system or similar.

The main duties include but are not limited to

· Welcoming customers on arrival at reception

· Handling customer enquiries via telephone and email in a professional manner

· To advise customers on service or repair requirements

· Booking work in line with workshop capacities and customer requirements

· Liaising with the workshop controller to ensure customer vehicles will be ready on time and informing the customer in good time if work is expected to run over

· Preparation of invoices and obtaining payment from customers
