Kilmarnock Training Academy Graduates

A huge milestone for the latest group at the Bridgend Training Academy in Kilmarnock!

Over the past six weeks, seven learners have been immersed in the world of the motor trade, developing practical experience across areas including vehicle mechanics, valeting, spray painting, marketing and sales.

As part of the programme, participants also completed a specialist New Vehicle Technology course delivered by Bromec Training Consultancy, helping prepare them for the future of the industry.

Delivered alongside the Ayrshire Skills Investment Fund IGNITE programme and supported by the Ayrshire Growth Deal, this initiative is all about creating real opportunities in the community.

We’re incredibly proud to already see three members of the group progressing into apprenticeships within our Mechanical and Spray Painting departments here at Bridgend.
