Here’s what Alison had to say:
"As I look back on 40 years at Bridgend, I am full of thanks for the place that has shaped not just my career but my life. Bridgend has always been more than just a workplace - my Grandpa founded it in 1930 so it is my family. The support, friendship and dedication of my colleagues have made every challenge easier and every success a celebration.

The values of trust, hard work and genuine relationships have been the foundation of this garage - creating an environment where friendships flourish and teamwork means everything. I am proud to have spent four decades surrounded by such fantastic people and I look forward to the years ahead with the same enthusiasm and appreciation.
