2024 sees us celebrate the 30th anniversary of the opening of our main accident repair centre hub at Kilwinning, with this and our 2 additional sites located at Ayr and Kilmarnock, we are within easy reach to service all parts of Ayrshire, South Glasgow, and Dumfries and Galloway using our 10 transporter trucks, and fleet of courtesy cars.

We have been established for over 40 years and our staff of 50+ people are amongst the most well trained, experienced, and highly skilled in the industry. Boasting over 35,000 square feet of secure bespoke workshop facilities, in Kilwinning, Ayr and Kilmarnock, combined with continued investment in our staff training, facilities and the latest BSI approved technology, backed by over 40 years of industry experience, Bridgend Accident Repair Centres are trusted by customers and insurance companies alike.

We are proud to be able to state that all our bodyshops across Ayrshire are fully BSI approved, as is our work. The BSI Kitemark™ is aligned with Vehicle Damage Repair standard (BS 10125), providing certification that's recognised nationally by vehicle manufacturers, insurance companies, and work providers, giving confidence that repairs are conducted safely and to the highest standards. The Kitemark is widely accepted by automotive manufacturers, insurance companies and work providers.

All sites have access to Car O Liners, 4 commercial ovens for cars & vans, 4 car ovens, 2 smart ovens, and the latest welding equipment. As well as ADAS calibration systems - these are required to recalibrate the sensors that monitor the location/speed/direction and obstacles in a vehicles direction of travel.

All our Technicians are fully ATA trained, and actively engaged in ongoing training.

We offer full insurance accredited premises and secure bespoke workshop facilities which are monitored 24hr a day. All staff are trained to ATA & Kitemark standards with ongoing investment and development to assure our dedication to excellence.

We have a dedicated insurance team that can prioritise all non-fault incidents to ensure a swift repair procedure including courtesy cars, excess guarantees and uplift and delivery services to minimise any inconvenience.

We realise having an accident is a stressful situation to be involved in, so our highly trained staff are here to make sure your repair process is as quick and painless as possible.

As an approved servicing agent for a wide range of of fleet operators, Bridgend offers a dedicated fleet service/repair from companies with a single van to the largest fleets throughout the UK. Due to our diverse range of capabilities and our high bay specialist workshop facility we can accommodate a wide range of vehicles. We have a high door oven to allow us to take on the highest of motorhomes to the smallest of bikes or quads, not to mention our complex repair system that can repair fibreglass or plastic panels. We can customise anything from bikes to camper vans - no job is too small.
